I'm a little chicken to do this without knowing the consequences. If I can confirm a few things I think I've read:

- Once the bootloader is unlocked it's unlocked for good. No way to relock it again. (warranty issues, etc.)
- We will be able to flash back to stock and receive OTAs
- HKTW works fine for everything except the fingerprint scanner (yes, I use this feature a lot)
- HSPA is enabled but has the "one bar" issue (would seem to be really aggravating)
- Can the original atrix 4g radio be flashed to take care of the issue above?
- webtop is gone

Thanks in advance.

Is there a way to extend the page to the right on the home screens?
Maybe it's just me, but these little things irritate me. If you guys don't notice it, on the home screens there's extra space on the right side so if you add widgets, they go all the way to the left, but don't go all the way to the right which leaves an extra bar of space unequal to the left side. This little thing might not irritate most of you but it does to me :O. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Anyone know why it's saying theres only 1.8GB free on my internal storage even though there's pretty much nothing on it? I can't move my backup on it because it says there's not enough room.

Also, I synced my google account and in the market it says I don't have any apps that I've bought in the past >

Edit your build.prop and increase the LCD density from 240 to 275.
This build actually works with the higher pixel density... including the dialer.

My recomendation is that if you don't have to have it now, wait for some of the kinks to be ironed out first. Here's the answers to the best of my knowledge.
1. Correct, as far as we know, it cannot be re-locked.
2. Flashing back will allow the OTAs to resume.
3. The front camera doesn't work with goog vid chat, there are some issues with the android market with what appears to be localization. The resolution is a little skewed.
4. The reception seems to report inaccurate readings even when you have good reception. Usually this equates to the one bar.
5. Not sure on the Radio.
6. You can get webtop back by extracting img from the original leaked build and using fastboot. (Confirmed by Aver2One).

Again, if you aren't planning on troubleshooting and expediting the development process, this may be more of a headache to you then a help. Although, we would love to have more feedback so that fixes can be put into place.

I think I'll hold up and wait for an official ROM although, I performed the Bootloader unlock now. This way I don't have to worry about Moto going back on their word and pressing any sort of legal action to have the original files removed. :)

Good Luck and happy modding!

Is should be in /system/build.prop

Root Explorer will make a backup for you if you edit it, but I saved a copy to my SD Card just in case I messed things up!
Thanks a lot! I found it but now I can't save it. I'm using File Expert because I can't buy Root Explorer right now. It says I don't have the permissions to save it or w/e. I tried giving write permissions to the system folder and the build.prop file but after I clicked Apply they both went back to the original settings. How do I fix it?

EDIT:
Oh, here's the error/thing that pops up when I try to save build.prop

Code:
The directory system is not writable.
How do I make it writable?

I have successfully flashed 2.3.4 using the following directions on win7 x64, thanks!

A few people messaged me asking how to install on windows.

Here's what i did, I extracted moto-fastboot-win32 to the root of my C drive and renamed the folder to moto-fastboot.
Then in the same folder(moto-fastboot), I place the boot and system images. (atrix-2.3.4-hktw-boot.img and atrix-2.3.4-hktw-system.img)

After open up a command prompt.
If you did all the previous steps correctly, type one at a time in the order as listed :
cd C:\moto-fastboot
moto-fastboot flash boot atrix-2.3.4-hktw-boot.img
moto-fastboot flash system atrix-2.3.4-hktw-system.img
moto-fastboot -w
moto-fastboot reboot

And thats it, you should have Gingerbread 2.3.4 on your Atrix 4G via Windows X64/X86

Unless you plan to contribute to the cause by providing dev feedback, perhaps users should wait on flashing to 2.3.4 for a few days. We've waited this long already. It seems the experience isn't really that great yet; but a bunch of people are jumping from 2.2.2 to 2.3.4 when even the minor issues haven't been worked out yet.

Everyone that is installing this should be advised this is still in early development and there are going to be issues. If you are not ready to lose your device temporarily to reboot loops and 2.3.4 features that aren't fully working yet, just give it a couple days. This is an awesome device, there will be official ROMs soon.

Just my opinion, for what it's worth. Otherwise, let's help test, and keep the repeat questions to a minimum. Thanks DEVS for all you guys do around here!!

Thanks. I think I'll just download the files at this moment in case moto does renege and something very useful comes out in a modded rom or kernal.
