I doubt either of two would be the case

i did that and i cant get moto-fastboot to work. Tell me what you do if u get it to worlk lol im on ubuntu 10.10 netbookRead eval-'s post but just wanted to ask, this isnt compatible with windows right? I would have to pop in a live cd in order for this to work right?
on linux , i keep getting an error ofAre you on windows? Are you using the moto-fastboot in the first post? If you are running linux and using the moto-fastboot from the first post you should have no issues. And of course, you unlocked the bootloader first.
Please read the first post carefully. Motorola modified fastboot. I compiled their mod for linux, if you have linux, you can flash your /system. Please get linux, or compile it for windows. I don't actually run windows so I haven't compiled it for windows.
HAvent tried it yet with my buddy's phone, but I'm assuming the moto-fastboot was compiled in a 64-bit linux, so you would need to run it on a 64-bit machine..
Edit: We just did it..Confirmed the issue was the need to run a 64-bit os..
You going to pay the guy who leaked it from motorola?Welp, guess it's time to open my wallet.
