Hoxiao Allwinner T3 Android 7.1

I ha e just received a Hoxiao Head Unit for Ford Focus,
It’s an Allwiner T3, 1gb ram, 16gb sd... running Android 7.1
All was fine with the unit, although to be careful the unit is not that good, but sonce changing the boot logo through the app, when the unit boots up that’s all I get....
I have pressed reset but as yet nothing!!
Any help would be appreciated!

I also have a another hoxiao unit it seems to be the same but designed as a universal head unit...
Is there any customer rom, or already rooted firmware out there please?? Many thanks

can you help me find firmware img car radio vw 2dine allwinner t3 1gb 16gb v7.1 merci
