hoxiao - android loop and stuck on : optimisation application 1 on 1....

Hi

one year ago i've bought a android car stereo hoxiao on aliexpress.
last week this unit wants to optimize android and this message appears :
optimization ....appli 1 on 1 .... and it loops on.
reset impossible , same start after...

i just would like to reboot it on factory preset , i m ok to loose all the things on but recover the unit stable .

could someone can help ?
hoxiao want me to rebuy one...so they make me crazy by message ( answer totally wrong after 3 days asking....)
