There's a grey grid on the background, but it is not visible on the .png.

Apex Launcher Pro, clock is Zooper Widget Pro with Agency font, most icons are BlackOps2 by blackberblanc, other widgets are Widgetsoid, NoLock, PowerAMP, aCurrency etc.
