I did some further tests and this may shed some light on why it's not working for certain people - instead of running the FHHisuite as admin try to instead run the command line as admin, e.g.:
1) click Start button and type cmd
2) right click on it and chose run as admin
3) go to the directory where you have FHHisuite located, for example cd c:\users\T\FHHisute
4) type FHHiSuiteInstaller.exe and press Enter
On the screenshots you can see the difference between what happens on PC where it didn't work versus the one that worked fine:

it doesn't ask for a login and or password at the end of FHHiSuiteInstaller installation? i always gott a message at the end
Updated instructions in OP. Ignore the instructions of installer to log in.

There's another question , can you see the change log after upgraded to 9.0.0.206 ? Mine change log shows : No information...Any help is very welcome , although I am very happy with 9.0.0.206

As noted in the OP not every firmware version is certified for every carrier/region. Anyone in Asia/Pacific running 9.0.0.206 with ctsProfile pass? What carrier?
I am considering to support cust flash (soft rebranding) which would allow e.g. C636 device appear as C432, which in this example, would likely only help people passing SafetyNet in Europe (devices imported from Asia). There would be more use-cases for soft rebranding, however not considering it now a top priority.

in my pc I have to open the original cmd or the cmd of funkyhuawei ... remembering that on my pc the cmd of funkyhuawei opens and fexa very fast .. what should I do to solve this

I think the funky Huawei use this way to load global rom in Chinese version handset.

Thanks mikeOS, i had successfully upgraded to firmware .206, so far so good. My Mate 20 Pro is LYA-L29 Singapore version. No need to pay FH anymore.

when I open the version 9.0.2.301 of Hisuite he asks to overwhelm .. but when I will update Hisuite does not update the error and closes automatically
