Please follow forum rules and don't cross post... You had already asked him, hold his reply.. Btw no cpu lock.
If you are fully stock on your region firmware you should pass safetynet. If you are not on your region firmware it can break safetynet as stated in OP post. My region and carrier is 153 (over carrier in France are 198), i'm actually on 235 even it's an official release (Portugal) safetynet is break for me. I've changed my fingerprint and cts / safetynet are green in magisk but Google pay still see my phone rooted and so not working.

No, you don't receive the Ota anymore. Until you go back to stock firmware by eRecover. If you chose to update by dload or hstool you have to update always manually.
My opinion is different. I believe there are big chances users upgrading via HiSuite (incl. those using HSTool) and DLOAD will receive OTAs. I think very likely they will. The firmware which is flashed is original signed firmware. It cannot be taken for granted however because any signed firmware matching the device can be flashed, also firmware normally unavailable in a given region. What is going to be the reaction of the Huawei OTA service in this situation of unexpected firmware version found on the device? I don't know.

@mikeos... Tell me then why I end up with my situation. In hstool mode hisuite tell me there is no package recovery for my device (I've tried almost all firmwares from March security),and now either the eRecovery not working... "getting package info failed".
Only dload method it's working... And the latest firmware is 210. So I'm stuck on 210 with no possibility to update now... I think no Ota Wil work. Probably I can fix this when I unlock the bootloader. But now either the bootloader can't be unlocked... So f... Huawei for that.

Have you tried connecting your phone to HiSuite while the phone is booted up to verify that HiSuite is actually recognizing and communicating with your device? When you use HiSuite for normal backups and updates HiSuite has you enable a setting on your phone that allows them to communicate. It also installs a version of HiSuite on your phone and then a pop up notification appears verifying that you want HiSuite to connect. Then HiSuite should display the contents of your phone on the computer.

If you never set up HiSuite to work with your phone before attempting the Hstool update method that could be causing your problems.

As far as eRecovery since you have been updating your phone via methods other than OTA you might need to factory reset your phone before eRecovery will work--but that might not solve the issue either if you aren't running firmware that is approved by Huawei for your model and region. If you do want to try eRecovery again I would try the factory reset. If it does work but your phone won't boot into the system after then you need to boot into recovery again and do another factory reset. That happened to me when eRecovery flashed older firmware but after the factory reset I was able to boot up fine.

Belive me I've tried everything... Before I tried last chance to use hstool I was making backup with hisuite... Approve from developer option and installed a hisuite version on the phone... So this is not the problem. I've made a lots of hard reset both the wipe. But eRecover still "error getting package info"
All this problems comes after I flash the 228 version that I've downloaded from here.
I've read all the internet about this problem.. No solution for the moment maybe after I unlock the bootloader and make a full reset with twrp and flash c432 oem file that I found on a Russian website maybe that will work. But until the bootloader unlock code it's on again I'm stock on 210 installed with dload mode(thats the only way I can update for the moment) I cannot find a newer version for the dload method for the moment.

how do you do this process with eRecovery?
Shut down your phone... hold the volume up button... and plug-in the charger cable(don`t let go the volume up until you will see a wite screen)And first option will be Donwload latest version and recovery, hit that option and after follow the instructions.

I am on .210 via dload method and optus released .212 but rather than get that I got an OTA patch for .210 but I cannot download the latest version from erecovery either, yet when I used version .198 dload, I was still able to get .122 via erecovery but obviously not capable of installing because of the downgrade crap.
