i realised that ffh installer does not downloading files. any thoughts?
Same here , so i gues thats why its not working !
If you can try it on a computer that's never been to the FH website it should work

No idea how but what I can gather from my limited testing that the patch will work, will download the files... Until you visit their page and then you will start getting that error.
I tried it 3 times and two different PC's and one with a reload in between ..... patch worked on all 3 times until i hit their site then that error but of course if you have FH credit on your FH account it will work also

I tried clearing browser on the freshly reinstalled PC after the patch stopped working but that didn't work so stuffed if I know all I know is it worked before

Seems like FH is reading us (hey guys) and have blocked their patch to only work after registration with them, even though this method actually does not use FH infrastructure. Why guys? I will see what I can do about it if FH does not change their minds and decide not to undo the new restriction.

after upgrade wipe data?
It failed Safety Net on CTS Profile Match only, i don't use Google Pay so no yet try. Regarding OTA, the firmware here or at FH always faster than stock release, i just can't stop myself from trying.

so ... as I have noticed that some users have recently uploaded a "workaround" to the registration required / paid service software owned by FunkyHuawei, I`d would advise you guys that according to our Forum Rules refrain from posting, describing or discussing about anything but such methods.
6. Do not post or request warez.

If a piece of software requires you to pay to use it, then pay for it. We do not accept warez nor do we permit members to request, post, promote or describe ways in which warez, cracks, serial codes or other means of avoiding payment, can be obtained or used. This is a site of developers, i.e. the sort of people who create such software. When you cheat a software developer, you cheat us as a community.
The posts containing warez along with the quotes have been removed.

Thanks for understanding.

Thanks, we're working on our own infastructure now.
All of the updating and flashing stuff should be free of charge, and not 20 bucks per credit.
But since fu**yhuawei sponsors XDA, this forum goes down the hill.

RIP fu**yhuawei's business.
Glad to see XDA is describing modified OEM files as warez anyway. Huawei should be the one who claim a copyright infrigment here AND NOT FU**YHUAWEI.

Best Regards

Yeah, FunkyS**t modified Huawei's proprietary software (HiSuite) and makes money from it, but it gets advertised and overprotected by XDA.
Same tool, free for all, no charging gets tagged as warez.... ?

"Law it's equal for all"... nope, not on XDA!

Thanks guys... I finally successfully flash the update. Didn't know that you will need lots of space on hard drive at least 20Gb. I had only 10gb then.. And failed.

Really unfortunate the tools and posts have been removed. Yes I also thought the same, funky can modified Huawei software and make tons money from it and I'm sure they don't get Huawei permission... And yet other can't try to provide the same thing free of charge? And call it warez? Lol

Ahhh buying one credit, that was the good old days. Now the lowest amount you can buy is 5 at $44... and the regular price of $190 for Root is a bargain and obviously they wont include it if you have a lifetime pass for your mate 20. So if you want to flash firmware and root that is $234... It's that sort of price gouging that is keeping devs and enthusiasts alike away from these phones. I understand not everyone has to work for free. but to remove the option to even buy 1 or 3 credits is just a greedy money grab move.
