So, my dad threw me an HTC Bolt, complaining it just "didn't work". After investigation, anytime I attempt to enable WiFi i'm hit with a WiFi error. Bluetooth also will not enable. NFC turns on. The device is simlocked, as he stopped paying for it mid-contract. I'm not sure if that'd have any impact on the wifi radio not working. I've looked around on forums for weeks, tried flashing RUU's and so far nothing has worked. Any suggestions?
