HTC 10 evo europe ruu file needit "Help"

I have htc 10 evo with unlocked bootloader and twrp recovery and s-on
But with my fault i delete everything on the phone ,i have no android inside.For more than 2 week i 'm looking on the internet to find the proper Ruu file but i can't make it.
So my last hope is from here if someone can help me .I'm looking for 1.31.401.1 firmware i thing

Okay, try this. It works for me.
So, first you need to upgrade hboot (search google for that) by boot your phone to download mode and flash it, if FAIL, do it again.

After that, download this link (1.6GB) and change name to 2PYBIMG and put it to the root of external card. And boot your phone to download mode and flash it.
