HTC Audio Booster port to Windows Phone

This app was so awesome on Windows Mobile back in the day, I wonder if someone could possibly port this over or create something close to it, I would donate or even buy it.

On HTC-devices there is the "Sound enhancer". Beside that, I think it's not possible to that without native code - has anyone an idea about that?

I have SE on my Trophy and it works okay but it lacks the ability to actually control my audio settings.
