HTC Bootloader Unlock Help

I followed the steps for unlocking the bootloader.(I already have root) I selected yes to unlock bootloader and it just rebooted normally and it didn't erase anything. Which leaves me to believe that it didn't work. When I reboot into bootloader, it just says tampered. And when I tried to install twrp via goomanager it said it installed but it didn't. Any help?

Edit: For some reason, I ran it a second time and it worked.

yes. I got it working . For some reason I had to do the unlock process twice before it finally took. weird.

Glad ya got it though. I finally just got fastboot to work on my PC unfortunately, it's NOT the PC I'll have to do the HTC unlock from

yeah it was hard to listen to. But it was the only video tutorial for a phone that was simular to ours as far as the selecting the "all other supported devices" section.
