HTC Desire 620G shuts down when using any app.. is it battery problem?

Hi, my htc desire 620G shuts down by itself when using any app.

I tried the ff but the issue still occurs:
1. factory reset the device
2. Removed SD card
3. Entered the phone in safe mode to check if there are any app that's causing the issue

However, it does not shut down when plugged to the charger. I also checked the battery status by dialing *#*#4636#*#*, and found that it is in "good" state. What should I do?

Change the battery and you will be happy.
