My desire 816 was acting up after I restored a backup (screen wouldn't turn on during media playback, systemui full crash) so I relocked and ran an RUU back to full stock but now NFC isn't functional, if I try to turn it on the quick setting toggle just blinks and the nfc button looks inactive on the more options page.
