This thread is for HTC Desire VC but they dont have this phone in their Drop-Down Hence Desire V selected
guys with HTC t328d CDMA and GSM Asian version who have been denied any support and maybe you are stuck with a bricked device
HTC itself does not provide any support - and the kernel and downloads on HTC website is useless
Lets start the procedure: I spent around a week for this solution

1- Download and Install HTC Sync on your pc (optional) just for the driver files if you have already installed ADB Drivers you might not require it..
2- Download and Install Wmshua Super Flash Tool in chinese only (compulsory)
a : Go to the installation folder of wmshua it can be in program files or program files(x86) depending on your os
b: locate the Language Folder and rename the folder to Language_X this will change the wmshua program language to English almost
3- Download this ROM (htc_t328d_newbee_3.10.23.18_release_8780dd403f_4.0.3_10012_V1.1)(optional) its in chinese but dont worry can be changed to english later
Run Wmshua as admin connect your htc desire vc t328d wait for detection .. Wmshua will detect your phone from Fastboot, Recovery, and also from HTC logo frozen screen..
Once the phone is connected wmshua will provide different ROM's available for htc desire vc t328d if you want you can select one but all the rom is in chinese only..
Select Fash from the menu and point it to the downloaded rom (htc_t328d_newbee_3.10.23.18_release_8780dd403f_4.0.3_10012_V1.1) and hit flash it will start the procedure just wait and let it complete .. this rom will change your recovery in chinese... and install a baidu custom rom on your htc desire vc t328d
Hopfully you guys get it right and your phone has a custom ROM installed
Now the phone will start and the First screen you will get is to select the language on your phone chose English
This ROM is Pre-Rooted, but apps like lucky patcher, and gameguardian etc does not detect the root
To resolve this we have to flash supersu binary:
Download the supersu flash-able zip and place it on the phone memory as well as SD card
1- Turn off HTC Desire VC t328d wait for 5 to 10 secs and remove the battery
2- Insert the battery
3- Holding the down volume key press the power button it will start in HBOOT
4- Using the volume key select Recovery (its in chinese only)
重启系统 = Reboot the system
选择更新 = Select Update
恢复出厂 = Restore the factory
清空缓存 = Empty the cache
备份恢复 = Backup and recovery
挂载存储 = Mount storage
高级 = Advanced
关机 = Shut down
5. select the Second option which is Select update
6. on Next screen select the First option which is Select update from zip file in sd card
7. select the supersu flash it select the last option to go back and then first option to reboot htc desire vc t328d
Everything is working fine on my phone No bugs till now
I also came accross an english recovery but it does not allow to update from sd card might work for some guys link mentioned for
English Recovery for HTC Desire VC t328d
