HTC Dot View Ice Warranty?

So this seems like a relatively simple question, but I haven't been able to find an answer by searching the internet or HTC's own website. I've had my Dot View case since January, and the hinge is starting to tear. Is there any kind of warranty on this case or way that I can get it replaced without having to buy a completely new one?

I've had this specific issue for all of the generations of the dot view. I simply gave up buying them until they fix it.
