Just to add to Eddy's S-off requirement you also need your volume button. Mines fallen off, tried the up volume on my Bluetooth tooth headset didn't do anything!

You can always press volume buttons without the unibody case, just pressing the naked buttons of the naked Sensation ;-)

Problem with Skype is an app compatibility problem with ics, need them to update the app for fix, hopefully that will be coming soon...
