my brother send me this phone from london. i was using in italy. everything was fine. i feel my phone is slow so i hard reset it after that my sim card is not recognizing on my phone. i am getting some error. ( your activation could not be completed. to try again chose update profile in the system update area of setting. if the problem persists , you may need to contact customer service. error code 1012 . i dont know what to do , any help will be grateful.
