also always you can use jDownloader 2 for downloading files from unknown languages services... just copy link and jDownloader take rest...

first of all thanks for your nice ROM.
Evrything seems fine so far, only thing that could be better is, after installing the german language cab, I received German language, but most of the custom apps in settings and applications like (quick launch and others) didn´t change to german language.
I can live with that.

Can advise only change.

What you want sync?
This problem with this ROM only or with other ROM WP7 too?
Which system OS you have on PC?
Which version Zune you have on PC? Check Zune and reinstall it.
Did you have installed Windows Mobile Device Center (in Vista or Win7) or ActiveSync (WinXP)? Check ActiveSync (WinXP) or Windows Mobile Device Center (Vista or Win7) and reinstall it.
Check if any driver in conflict in Device Manager on PC when phone connected.
Look here and here or in other search.

what should this cab change?
I tried it, it installed fine but it didn´t change any of the cyrillic letters into german.
Still all native apps are affected.

Any idea?

1. Install zZzPkgDEV_OEM_LocaleSettingsMultiLang_UserAndSystem.cab.
2. Choose other language and rebooting.
3. Then choose german (Display language, Region format, System locale, Browser & search language) and rebooting.
