(HTC M8) Can't access sim pin

hello

i installed on my htc M8 Viperonem8 6.1.0 and after that i have "no service".
the phone doesn't ask me sim pin and can't phone anymore

can someone help me please ?

Hi,

had this long time ago on my HTC ONE S. Try to remove the SIM and flash again the ROM.

I flashed the rom again' it works until i reboot. When i reboot, no sim again
