HTC One A9 Sprint SimLock

I switched carriers and paid off my Sprint bill. I requested my devices be unlocked and they have verified it is unlocked, however if I put my T-Mobile sim in it says Simlock enabled and It will not connect. I tried to go into setting and request UICC Unlock, but it says insert your original sim. I then shut down insert the Sprint Sim back in and when I try UICC Unlock it says The profile update could not be complete. Please try again later. Am I missing something? The last rep at Sprint told me to do a factory reset, which I did and also cleared device cache. Did not help. Same issue. Any help is much appreciated.
