HTC One M8 Failed Rom Flash [TWRP Recovery]

I tried to install new rom all I get is Failed message , tried to install other roms too all fails except cm (nightly) and S.Rom all other fails ..

I tried to restore nand backup that works fine , but new install fails , even aroma installer is not opening.

Please help. Currently I am on S.Rom 10.8.2 , I wanted to flash viper one m8 4.6.0 but failing each time,

Tried SkyDragon , Viper , Carbon,Insert Coin all latest and all failed nt even aroma installer opened.

It's easier if you tell us which version of TWRP you are using and what hboot number your phone has ?
