Htc one m8_wlv image size is too large (plzz help)

Help me. When i try to install ruu fir htc one m8 it always saying image size is too large. I had tried sd card method, twrp and htc fastboot but it always saying imge size is too large. What should i do? Device is now not start up it's stuck at the htc logo. PLEASE HELP ME PLEASEEE..
