HTC One M8s Soft Bricked Locked S-ON any help to fix it please?

Hello,
i have a Soft Bricked the bootloader is locked and S-ON
I can not unlocked the bootloader, fastboot write (bootloader) unlock token check successfully but at the reboot is the bootloader always locked !
The Partition E: is damaged.
how can I Format and Mount the Partition with locked bootloader ?

But depending on if it's a more recent OS version, there may be no RUU (can't flash older version RUU with s-on).

flashing zip file ........and then comes the error message : Device halted due to large image update fail!

Not sure why it is giving "large image" error. I think this is a common problem on your M8s variant device. But not sure what causes that error, as I am not that knowledgeable with the M8s as I have the "regular" M8.

In any case, that RUU is not expected to work. As mentioned, you can't flash older version RUU ("downgrade"). The RUU number is 1.13.111.2, and the current OS number on your phone is 2.12.111.1 (larger number 1.x, 2.x, etc. means newer OS version). I don't think that there are RUUs available for newer OS versions for the M8s, that I have seen.
