I have an HTC one m9+ which I have unlocked the bootloader, rooted and have super su installed.
Phone came with android 6.0 and sense 7.
I do not like what HTC has done over the years to the flip clock widget, it seems that with the marshmallow update the font changed (ugly straight font) and now an ugly location symbol in the clock display. You cannot change the flip clock font in settings (read that it's an image).
Wanted to go back to android 5.0 so the phone would look like my HTC one m7.
Tried finding an android 5.0 ruu or stock rom which the phone originally came with with no success. Even on xda links don't work or after downloading, files are corrupted.
Finally installed t. balden's clean slate Rom android 5.0 which worked but now have no baseband and no imei. WiFi and Bluetooth work. After reading many blogs tried fixing. Mtk engineering doesn't work. Mau meta doesn't work, after downloading miracle box pc said it was a virus.
Reinstalled recovery backup from twrp and went back to original factory Rom and now have baseband, imei back. Went backwards and forwards several times and every time I installed the cleanslate Rom I lost baseband and imei. Have read that the nvram might be corrupted but I am not a programmer (just know the basics of rooting).
Would like to keep with android 5.0 and get the baseband, imei back.
Anyone who can help it would be most appreciated.
