HTC One ME S-OFF and Unlocked Bootloader - Not able to install TWRP/Custom Recovery

Hi All,

Please help me with installing the TWRP recovery on my HTC One ME and also please let me know if there is a Custom ROM with Android 9 PIE that works with this device.

I am trying to install custom recovery to my device One ME and whenever I install the recovery through fastboot it works. But when I go to the bootloader mode and click on "boot to recovery mode", my device get stuck saying that "This Build is for development purposes only.........." and so on. And then I need to restart the phone. I am not able to get into recovery mode if I install custom recovery (for stock recovery it works fine). So anybody please help me in fixing this issue.

OMG!! It worked finally.
Do you know any custom rom for htc one me that comes with android 9 pie??
