Hi Everyone,

Today i give you a Stock Rom for our HTC One Mini 2 ... The Rom is partially Deodexed because i've face some trouble in Android Kitchen ... but for a first flash or a reinstallation it's good

DOWNLOAD​

FOR THE MOMENT ONLY S-ON :

-Download the rom
-Extract boot.img and push it to your adb folder
-Reboot your phone as fastboot
-Go to cmd on your pc and locate your adb folder
-Type : [COLOR="Blue"]fastboot flash boot boot.img[/COLOR]
-and then reboot

Great work! It was super strange there wasn't a stock ROM or any sense based ROM.
If you want to take development a bit furder here are some suggestions:
-add standard xposed with the extendid settings module bij richmundo: http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-one/development/app-rom-13-08-xtended-settings-app-1-0-t2851294
You can maybe chat with him to get more functions working (most of them allready do)
-Add a kernel with dtw and write to system( maybe the guy who made the dtw kernel can hook you up

I think that's about all somebody could ever want

I think i will make a better rom i just need to get it properly deodexed or get a ported kernel to make a 4.4.4 port

Yes u need to unlock bootloader and install twrp recovery

@Will972 to Deodex fully use this tool Here and download the latest backsmali/smali jars from Here and replace the latest jars in the tool kit. ( may have to rename them )... Then just read the first link on how to deodex.

im struggling with flashing the zip. i flashed the boot.img via fastboot then tried adb sideload and flashing from sd card in twrp but everytime it click to reboot it just goes straight back into bootloader ever time. any idea what im doing wrong?
