HTC One Mini qhsusb_dload search fix

Need help the phone doesnt start and no led is flashing
In the Device Manager is shown qhsusb_dload i know it
gives a fix for One m7 but i cant find a fix for One mini.

No one seems to know any fix for the QHSUSB_DLOAD problem. I need a fix too....???
