On may 5th I was throttled because I went over 5GB. My cycle started may 10th and it never went back to the 4G speed. I can connect to the 4G network, shows 4G, but the data speed is 0.05Kbps... I removed the SIM card, power cycled it, switch back and forth 2G and 4G and nothing.

I've been throttled before with my Amaze 4G and it would go back to normal 4G speeds the day of the new cycle. It's the first time it has gotten stuck in 2G speeds.

I hope it's not a phone issue. This phone is extremely rare to come by in Puerto Rico. :(

Goog luck with that. Same thing happened to me and they couldn't figure out why. It didn't show on their side I was being throttled but I was. I got screwed that whole month till the month after when everything went back to normal.

I did ask for 50% discount on my data though. So they only charged me $15.

They refreshed my network connection, but nothing. I guess I have to wait. I tried the SIM in another phone, and the same slow speed issue. Looks like I'll be on WiFi more than ever until this gets fixed. :/

Yea, you have exactly the same problem I had. I suggest you call and demand for a discount on your account for this month, since you're paying for a service you're not receiving. It was a hassle for me. CS wouldn't help me because I couldn't proof to them that I was throttled when their system showed I wasn't.
I actually had to go into a corporate tmo store, explain and show them my problem. Then I asked the rep if she can call herself and let them know my problem and that she was proof. From there, I demanded a discount.
