HTC One SV stuck in bootloop

Hello everyone

I need to fix this phone for my friend but i am stuck
This is info about phone:


I've tried so far:

1.Unlocking via HTCDev - i got the Unlock code and the unlock screen on my phone,i selected Yes to unlock but when i restarted it is still locked,i tried that two times.

2.RUU - i tried this RUU RUU_K2_UL_ICS_40_HTC_Europe_1.17.401.5_R_Radio_0.12.40.00.14_2_10.49.40.11L_release_301902_signed but it always stuck on verifying phone data.

3.RUU to RUU.zip - I copied the ROM.zip from win TEMP folder to SD Card,renamed it to PL80IMG.zip but it always come to Rom parsing,then stops and return to HBOOT screen and of course nothing happens.

I also tried many other things but also failed to resolve this problem.

Please help

EDIT:I installed HTCSync and manage to get past "verifying phone data." in RUU and began the process of flashing.
BUT another problem appeared.

This is the process of RUU:

1.Rebooting to Bootloader - OK
2.Then my phone of course again run into bootloop and the result is:
3.Waiting for Bootloader and error 171 USB connection problem..


I think that this phone or haunted or hardware defective...

i have this problem too , but ...
i install TWRP version 2.7 (that version offer in xda for htc one sv) and finally i reach to TWRP , then i install ViperSV_1.5.0 , i have that stuck again , i just wait and watch for 1 or 2 minute and BOOM...!!!

my phone is working again and I'm so happy .

Unfortunately it can not help me because I can not unlock the bootloader.
