HTC Sensation 4G not finding Sim!

hello everyone,

having a huge problem... my HTC wont accept any sim cards...i even tried the original t-mobile card.. it just keeps saying no sim card in phone..

I unlocked the bootloader already;

attempted to use the android terminal, where i found the unlock code, but you cant even put it in, because the phone not asking you to put it in. (and yes i tried via settings > security )

still on my way to S-OFF, but I doubt it fixing the problem...since other persons faced similar problems whilest S

I tried *#*#4634#*#* > phone information, and tried to refresh the SMSC, and got a 'refresh error'....


Please can some1 help me?

I had the same issue. Try putting two pieces of tape on the back of the sim card. Sometimes its because the sim-tray is a little loose. Don't put more than two! (I tried four and it was almost stuck in there!).
