How do I unroot my sensation 4g? I have the RUU but its an exe. when i double click it my computer says it cant open it, it goes online to find another software that can open it but it doesnt find anything. Can someone help me please?

I got the RUU but now its saying it failed "please get the correct ROM Update Utility and try again" what do I do now?

i downloaded two of the pyramid tmous ones and they are both saying the same thing.
ok im downloading it, but it is going to take two hours I hope it works. If does work then my boot loader and everything else will be locked and stock right so I can hand it over to tmobile with no worries?
I helped someone the other day and the only way he could get the ruu.exe to flash correctly was to s-off first... Didn't make sense to me but it worked

No, should be good then! Try extracting PD58IMG and flash via bootloader... Did you verify md5sum of the ruu.exe as well?

ok what I did was enter fastboot through the phone and then ran the RUU and it worked hope this helps someone else.
ok so this is what my phone says, can someone check and see if this is all i need to do to give it back to tmobile please.

That is how you are instructed to run the RUU via kgs's guide... So it wasn't working before because or your own oversight of the instructions...
