HTC Sensation Brad's edited ViperS boot animation!

Hi guys,
This is my first project so I started with something easier to work on.I edited the ViperS boot animation to look more like "stock" by removing the snake tail that is passing across the screen.

I made this mainly because I wanted my sensation to boot faster when Fast Boot is on and because I wanted it to look closer to the One X boot animation.

How to apply it:
1.Download _bootanimation.zip/_downanimation.zip
2.Use a root explorer (Es file explorer) to copy _bootanimation.zip/_downanimation.zip to /system/customize/resource
3.After that go back to _bootanimation.zip/_downanimation.zip that you downloaded on your sd-card(not the one you copied on the resource directory) and rename it to bootanimation.zip/downanimation.zip and copy the file again and paste it in /system/customize/resource again.
4.Reboot your sensation to see if it works

How to apply the different color boot and down animations:
1.Same steps as the standard white one but after you download the files rename them to _bootanimation.zip and _downanimation.zip and follow the steps above.

WARNING:Make sure you have a nandroid backup on your sd-card in case you mess something up!

Black boot animation works and is great! But the blackbdown animation dont work. Regardless i still gave a thanks ^^

The downanimation worked great on my sensation did you copy and paste 2 times once renamed from _downanimation_black to downanimation.zip and once _downanimation.zip because thats what I did and it works.

Fixed!Thanks for reporting that it looks like I uploaded the first version of the the boot animation instead of the final one.Go ahead and download the new downanimation_black.zip it is fully working

yea just tried again still the same. its not working i made sure that i renamed and also set permissions

Bootanimation (black) works perfect, but downanimation (black) don't work for me

O.K I remade the animation and it works on my sensation try it again if it doesn't work for you again I will make a video of it on my sensation and hopefully you can set it up on your sensation as well

Edit:I made the installation steps easier follow them carefully!

I've installed useing venom tweaks app, coping file into SD and selecting down and boot animation on "Advance" tab.

Can anyone get this working for our sensations, its an awesome bootscreen but freezes about 1/4 way through and then blackscreen before booting. :fingers-crossed::fingers-crossed::fingers-crossed:
Any help or pointers on how to do it Greatly appreciated.

I'm on file Explorer and my phone has VenomS. I can't find customize under my "system". Any help?
