Well,try another rep.some don't ask too many questions..(in my case he only asked for my email address and the site's phone number).

Make sure you're calling the right number, (866)464-8662, then select option 3, and tell the rep you're calling about the studentrate 10% discount. If they ask for a promo code or id # give them the promo code in the deal, 13997TMOFAV. If you start mentioning your school or school email address it could confuse the rep.
