I'd say your best bet at getting Sense 5 at this point is to buy another phone. Most people are moving away from this device. Just use Onejay's KK ROM and ride it into oblivion, or obsolescence.

i would really like to port sense 5 and i will stay at my beloved SXL
can someone "teach" me to port roms?
i mean like teach me how to use or programm kernels or anything i could do for our xda/SXL community to bring Sense 5 or TouchWiz UI(that would be really nice too wouldn't it?) to our beloved Sensation XL??)

Because you need an ion kernal and then develop the drivers

We don't HV ion kernel and won't be able to develop drivers either..

SXL gat many brilliant and outstanding devs like onejay. I mean if they can give kitkat to sxl then what is sense for them. They can easily handle it. But nobody is interested its a reason y peoples leaving and selling sxl.

So guys...as it seems like theres no one working on the SXL anymore i bought myself an S4...pretty happy with it so i think i will not use XDA that much from now on...will check if there will be a Sense 5 ROM anyway becuz i really liked my SXL...maybe oneday i will switch temporarily (dont know how to write that word ) back to my SXL..

I don't HV sxl anymore so u and onejay are here for peoples. HTC completely forgotten that they have produced sxl.

i have tried porting of team venom 5.2.1 as it is not succeeded.
but i want to tell you that htc sensation and SXL are very close to them specifications so why it is so hard to port it to SXL.
