I have updated in the "21 July Update" Just the Latest Sense File. Try that and let me know.
Also could you let me know which link on Mega are you confirming that the file is giving the parse error so that I can re-upload the files.

Installed everything from update 23 and still cant get the weather widget also cant change the theme icons

I'm not using the files provided in this thread, I created a rom with Sense about 2 months ago and still running it with pleasure.

Sadly I was warned not to share HTC ports on XDA so I pulled everything and stopped sharing. It surprised me to see a few devs sharing HTC ports after I received a warning not to.

The larger weather widgets are having an issue loading due to the widget size comparison. I still need to figure out a way to fix this.
The smaller one is working though.

Alternately you can keep the blinkfeed page as home and it automatically puts a clock widget + weather.

I have everything working on my device, am willing to share it so you can supply a working package. Like I've said earlier I was warned not to share HTC ports so I've decided to stop sharing but never stopped working on it for personal use.

As you can see the clock weather widgets are fine on my device.
