If you have root, copy the old Sense apk's with right permissions to system|priv-app and reboot. It must be a version of Sense where you still can log in.
If you are logged in, go to the priv-app folder and replace the old apk's with newer version of Sense. Don't log out, don't uninstall, don't delete data.
Reboot. Now, the already logged in data from the previous version should still work with the newer Sense.
At least that always worked for me.

Yes but there is no version where u can login anymore..

I run sense Home on my Xiaomi Mi 9 with MIUI 12 android 10 .. But i've done many stuff ti get all working (weather, weather widget, clock, keyboard).. And all icon was not sense's base .. Need to change with a differents apps just because i don't get login to htc Themes..

How did you change your icons?
My Honor View 10 (android 9) can run the sense home nicely but i couldn't download themes either

The application " x icon changer" .. But it change just the icon from the home screen

If your phone is rooted then just uninstall all htc apps and put all apks in system/priv-app/

Change permissions..restart phone..
Done
Now you will have everything, including weather sounds

I'm missing htc sense. The version here doesn't work on my Poco F2 now. Says this app is still in development when i sync fb to blinkfeed. I have also tried htc sense 10 tho majority of the features don't work. I hope to see a port from team venom as an update to this project.

HTC Weather Clock Widget

After almost 15 years of using HTC phones, I couldn't get an HTC phone anymore, so I had to get a Samsung ... (S20 FE). It was a very day...
I love the HTC weather clock and, after looking all over the Internet, I found this thread. I installed the weather app (8.50.8532030, pick location (3.30.999264), service pack (1.05.825111), clock (9.50.1009982), weather clock widget (8.60.852711) and the weather video apk onmy Sansung S20 FE.
It appeared to work, but after some time I realised that the clock on the widget seems to get updated only when the weather is updated (basically I need to select weather in the widget, go to the weather app, update the weather, and only then the clock gets updated). Sometimes (as I set the weather to update every hour), the time displayed is the last time the weather got updated.
Would you be so kind to tell me if you could have a look and maybe fix this issue, please?
There are also other much newer apk files for the weather and weather clock widgets (I also have an HTC U11). Would it be very difficult to amend them so other people can enjoy the fantastic and famous HTC clock, please?

Use new versions. If your phone is rooted then just put weather clock widget apk into /system/priv-app/
Set permissions

Install Htc locationservices1.02.636275.apk + sense home.

Restart phone. Enjoy

If you have a us samsung good luck with root since boot loaders are locked on my s7 and 8 we only had temp root with a eng kernel that was unstable

Thank you very much. I’m not sure if it’s my phone, but I tried installing the HTC launcher (the version you mentioned) and it didn’t get installed... Do I really need to install a version of Sense Home to get the weather clock widget to work?
I also tried the HTC weather version you suggested, and it picked the current location but it didn’t get any weather data...
I installed the weather widget as an apk (my phone is not rooted), but clicking on the weather points to accuweather (not to the weather app).
The thing that bothers me the most is the fact that the clock on the widget gets stuck, and it seems that it only gets sync-ed if I sync the weather in the weather app (for a widget that points to the weather app, like 9.00.917592). This clock issue seems to be common for a number of weather clock versions I tried. What is strange is that if I click on the clock on the widget, it points to the HTC clock which always displays the correct time.
Fixing that, so the clock on the HTC weather clock widget shows the actual time would be absolutely fantastic.
Your advice is very much appreciated.
