Well, I'm a sucker for official gear so I bought an official HTC case (the one with the kickstand on the back) and the HTC gps dock. They just got here today and look great! Really impressed with the build quality.

Anybody want pics or have questions about them?

Hey Raziel,

Quick question. Where is it that you found the official HTC case with the kickstand for the Titan? Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry for the delay guys... took the pics yesterday at work but didn't get a chance to upload them last night.

Let me know if you want pics of anything specific! Sorry the phone isn't in case or dock in these, I used the Titan to take the pics. I'll look for my regular camera tonight so you can see what it looks like with the case on.

Amazon.co.uk! Or really a seller there to be more specific. I tried a number of websites online but they either didn't have it, were charging outrageous amounts, or had shipping issues with the US.

The seller was Mexxtronics out of Germany. Oddly enough, it looks like it isn't offered right now... don't know what's up with that.

Edit: tried to post links to their amazon page but I'm too new! haha >_<

Maybe if you contact them directly they can get you one!

Edit 2: Pricing! After the currency conversions I paid $33.60 for the case with free international shipping and $72.22 including 5.95 GBP in shipping. So about $105 total... not bad considering a GPS dock for my old iPhone would have been $100 by itself (for the Garmin and TomTom ones).

I bought an "HTC Hardshell" case in the Microsoft Store. They actually had 3 different cases in stock for the Titan (and several others for other WP phones) -- I was impressed.

The case fits very, very well and is barely there. I especially like that there's no case material around the top edge of the buttons, making them very easy to depress. Other cases had a plastic or rubber strip in front of the buttons, interfering with their use. Hard to explain, I'll have to take some pics.

It's this case: http://shop.htcpedia.com/htc-titan-hard-shell-case-silver.html, except all black. Model number is 70H00510-03M.

I bought two cases off of eBay and the first already arrived. It seems to be in the same vein as the Rock NakedShell and the CaseMate Barely There previously posted, but it doesn't have sharp edges that I can tell.

This one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/250935387534?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649

It's soft-touch rubber (I think that's what it's called) - very smooth, not "sticky" at all, and not a fingerprint-magnet. It definitely feels "barely there," and adds virtually zero bulk. I was really considering leaving my Titan naked, but I honestly don't even notice that this shell is even on. It should be noted that the top and bottom of the phone are largely exposed with the shell on, so any drop that tends even slightly toward the screen side probably won't be too well protected. (The other case I ordered should cover a bit more, but we'll see whether I like it as much.)

Shipping from China was fast, but not fast enough as I dropped my Titan onto concrete the day before (stupid gas pump showed the wrong price and I was fumbling for a calculator). :( Just one "gash" in the corner near the power button that I was hoping the case would cover, but doesn't. I'll file down and paint over...other than that, zero blemishes from the fall!
Got my second case in the mail, have been using it for a few weeks and thought I'd report back.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/160683756830

Got the white for something different, and was surprised to actually like the color.

More importantly, I like this cover more than I liked the previous black one. This one covers more of the top and bottom than the black one did, even covering the one ding I have on the top.

It fits snugly and the plastic is slick enough to go in and out of my pocket easily. Not sure how evident it is from the eBay pic, but there is a knobbed "grip" section on either side that I really REALLY appreciate! I might not even have a ding to cover up if I had had this sort of grip on the naked phone! I was worried about that crazy line across the back, but it doesn't really bug me, and you can find this style of case in just about any color you want.

The other interesting thing is that the power, camera and volume buttons are covered by this case, but the case actually has raised "buttons" of its own where those buttons are. As such, they are actually both EASIER to find now that the case is on than they were on the naked phone! Big plus for me.

Oh, and both of these cases were dirt cheap.

I like that case but the stories closed until the 31st for some Chinese holiday. It looks like it would go great with my white Beats Studios. How long did it take you to receive them?Where are you located?

I ordered both cases on the same day. The black case arrived first, within 3 or 4 days, and the white one showed up after probably 7-10 days. Not super fast, but not unacceptable for free shipping (from China?).

EDIT: In Colorado Springs, btw. I think it should show that under my avatar.

Posting from my phone so the location doesn't show, though I guess I could've took half a second to tap your name. Lol

I just received this case too. It looks good but it doesn't provide full protection. The top and bottom edges are practically unprotected. So is the face.
It feels somewhat "rough" on the left and right due to the sharp edges it has.
It does help though when I pick up the from from the desk.
I am not sure I can recommend this case.

Not got my Titan yet, but I can see that my favourite case manufacturer (Sena) have just released a version for the HTC. I'll be honest, this case offers almost no drop protection, but it is the thinnest, most expensive looking leather case you can get.

Cheers

P.S can't post links or pictures as I'm still a newbie

My Sena has just shipped from the US, so should be getting it after the weekend. In the meantime I've been using an XL size Bugatti black leather case and this fits like a velvet glove. If I hadn't already ordered the Sena, then this would be my main case. Very high quality glossy black leather, has a velcro tab which you can also pull to pop the phone out (very stealth). It has good padding, without adding too much bulk front and back. Still not able to post links, but if you go to Amazon UK and type this ' bugatti SlimCase leather size XL 07883' it will show up.

I got this one, from recommendation (i think from this thread though i cant find it now!)

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/180762914305?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649

Comes with a screen protector.

Fits very well, and actually makes the phone much easier to hold as its slightly thicker. There is some grippier bits along the side which make it easier to hold also.

Also, buttons cover the power, camera and volume buttons, but in those cases it makes them almost easier to press. Can also get the power lead and audio jack in without removing the cover.

SLight loss of accuracy on typing, either due to the screen protector or due to me taking liberties, but its no biggy at all, maybe one typo per message. Id rather that than a scratched screen.

Arrived within 36 hours (in UK!), superb for the price id say!

On the back of the phone there are various microphone holes for noise cancellation and stereo recording.
Is there any case that does NOT cover these holes? I can't find one, even the HTC case will cover these holes...

I believe the UK ships with a Carbon Grey colour backplate. Does anyone know where I can get a black one instead?

Also, I wish some company would manufacture a replacement back plate with the kickstand built in as opposed to a seperate cover which fits over the back plate.

Oh and btw you can make your own inexpensive kickstand built in to one of those gel type cases by looking at my thread here:
