Returned the device, I'm not beta tester anymore.
Quality seems to be at least inconsistent - some of us report serious flaws, some are happy.

Good bye and good luck!

No reception problems here - I traded my Sensation for my Titan - and have been thinking all week how much better the reception is! Even tried to replicate the grip of death.....
I have had one instance of where I could hear a caller but they couldn't hear me - but only once, keeping this under observation!

To think I traded a qHD screen and open file system for my Titan....
Good decision :D

I have only had this when I have had headphones plugged in. And headphones without an inline mic. On other phones, I have been able to listen through my headphones whilst talking through the built in mic on the phone itself, but not with the TITAN.

Not sure this covers anyone else's problems, but putting it out there.

Hi, I was having the same issue.. and I founded the solution. The problem is with the litle contacts that have the case.. check the picture and check if all of them make the right contact.. On my phone one of the litle metal was not doing the right contact (it was down) I move it a litle up..
With this litle fix I get the reception from 2bars to 5 bars on the same place :)

Hope this helps

Looks like those contacts would be for the antenna since they are behind the plastic section. I am assuming the contacts on the left in your picture might be for the WiFi antenna so if one is pushed down it may explain some WiFi issues others are having. Contacts at top seem to be for power button.

Same issue on Focus S. Focus, Atrix, Inspire, Aria, all never had this problem. I could use my ATH-M50s (normal stereo cans without mic of any sort) on the other 4, but not on the Focus S. I can hear the other side fine, no-one can hear me. Both Focus/S are updated according to Zune. I could also, instead of using my headphones, plug it into my car stereo using a 3.5mm TRS AUX input on the car, on the other 4 phones. Not the Focus S.
