Fx file explorer should do that even without the root (it might not pull each and every file tho, but pretty much)

Wifi and Bluetooth buttons greyed out

Hi All,

My HTC U Play WiFi and Bluetooth buttons in the settings menu greyed out and they remain disabled even after I've performed multiple "Network settings reset" and "Factory data reset". I've also tried flashing it with the 2PZMIMG_ALPINE_UHL_M60_SENSE80GP_HTC_Europe_1.13.4 01.2 rom using the "Copy the file to sd card and then
use vol down + power to boot into recovery" method but getting the RU_CID_FAIL cid in android-info mismatch error.

I'm hoping that it is not a hardware issue and like to re-flash it with an original / pre-updated (pre 1.25.710.6) rom to rule it out.

Is there a stock rom for Australian HTC U Play?

I have an HTC UPlay (HongKong BAAN) which only boots up to a screen that asks for a SetupWizard password, but I have no idea what it is. I've been looking for ROM files so I can try to manually update the software and perhaps get past that screen. But I am unable to get one either. Need help. Thanks!

I want an Asia-TW backup (system + boot) too!
also I just curious, a bit off-topic but anyone successfully flash an Asia-TW DUGL rom to a dual-SIM model with "CID: VODAP021" at all, this phone is actually an U2-h model but dunno why it orginally come with a single sim european ROM. Any success for changing CID at all (by XTC2CLIP)?
