HTC U11 6GB/128GB DUAL SIM original rom with play store

Hello, all!
I have just ordered a new HTC U11 6gb/128GB DUAL SIM and will receive it soon (next week), i am not sure what room it will have i am afraid it will come with some chinese rom withou any play store.
1- Anyone here could indicate me on how to install an original room for this phone with European settings and play store?
2- Also, does anyone knows, if the roms for single sim 4gb ram are compatible with the dual sim 6gb ram/ 128gb versions?

iam from Iraq , the middle east version also have 6GB/128Gb, its stock ROM with play store and everything normal . may be chinese version will but middle east market is normal like US version but they are different in storage and RAM capacity .
second question: yes compatible iam using leedroid rom now .
