I've unlocked the bootloader and rooted it. I've tried using Android Pay and can't. Is it possible? I've heard conflicting reports.

Possible. Use Magisk v13 and check Magisk thread.

Thanks. I'm using Magisk V12 and I can't. I'll try v13. Do I just download and flash v13?

I would use uninstaller to delete current version and fresh install v13beta.. but it's just me.
