HTC U11 Bootloader

So ... Long short story
There is any way to upgrade just the bootloader ?
I have few pices ( 20 ) from USA, and i need to put them EU ROM
I Unlocked the Bootloader, Changed CID ( to superCID ) , Changed MEID, and Downgrade .... but then i did a mistake ... I Write CID HTC__01
And ... now i cand flash nothing ( except Custom )
Anyone has an small ideea ?

CID must have eight characters, HTC__001.

Now i have super CID but im getting (bootloader) ERR ZIP ERROR CODE, 14
