HTC U11 deleted everything and TWRP won't let me flash custom rom

I have the newest TWRP, I downloaded it a few hours ago and my Phone is Unlocked.
I decided to format everything, system, OS, files, everything and re-install the custom ROM because the fingerprint scanner malfuncitoned and I thought I could bring it back that way.

I can't even flash a stock ROM. I am sure I am using the right one for my phone and I downloaded it 1,000 times ( just to save time from potential replies) to make sure it's not "corrupted".
I gave up and decided to download a Lineage OS and it worked but I don't like it. I want to go back to where it was.

I get this message all of the times " Zip file Corrupt "
and now I get this all the time " Invalid Zip file format!
I repeat, I downloaded it many times from several mirrors, it doesn't work.

Exactly what is displayed on my phone when it's booting. I can't be wrong.
Anyone one knows something to help me on this before I go crazy ?

Ok I've done it. It took me just 8 hours to make it lololol.
I only had to press VOLUME UP instead of Volume Down. I should never have accessed TWRP in the first place. You can't flash from there. You have to boot to download mode and then volume up. Just make sure you download the right custom rom for your phone and it will flash it correctly. Unbelievable, fffffffffffffffff
