HTC u11, Eurpe, dual simm, can VoLTE or its possible?

Hi,
I have a HTC u11, dual simm, europe (concrete, of Spain) my carrier its Vodafone Spain, and I have a simm with VoLTE.
In my HTC u11 not work VoLTE and I don't view how enable it, this simm, in other smartphone, works perfect with VoLTE.
After search a lot, I don't know if this HTC u11 have a VoLTE, and if have VoLTE how enable.

Any help, I appreciate a lot!
