HTC u11 softbank ROM issues.

So I've got the JP softbank HTC u11 version.

I've got TWRP installed and is working fine. When I do a restore It still shows that I've got no OS installed.

I've tried multiple ZIP files using adb push, usb transfer and adb sideload. All ZIP files are coming up corrupted even though they've got the same MD5 hash.

I'm pretty much stuck with TWRP with nothing I can do.

I've searched the internet for the past few days but I just keep going in circles.

Any help would be much appreicated.

My CID is SBM__802, I've tried using HTC devinfo tool and just gets stuck when I try to get device info.
Also tried installing different version of TWRP.

Think I've got a soft bricked paperweight
