Hi,
I have a HTC U11 (supposedly new but I doubt it).
Its running Android 8.0.0
It keeps trying to install an update and always fails at 24%. Then the phone Boots into some sort of developer mode and stays there.
The details I have so far are:
Software update 2.53.454.13 (792.94)
Here are 2 pics that hopefully show the problem in more detail.

Questions is, whats causing it and is it fixable. I'd like to have the phone update normally (I've had 2 HTC U11's before and never had this problem with them)
