Huawei E5577c rejecting phone calls on multisim - AT commands not working

Hi,
i'm using a E5577c mobile hotspot in my car. I try to disable the phonecall handling with AT commands. The problem is, that those commands i need doesn't work (AT^SYSCFG). Does anybody tried it with this modell?

AT^SYSCFG works only after entering DATALOCK code with AT^DATALOCK.
E5577c does not supports calls anyway.
