YES, this is the method that ERASE PHONE DATA and FACTORY RESET your device ! ! !
BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP

ACCORDING to SOFTWARE_VER_LIST.mbn , it can be flashed on C431/C432 EUROPEAN, BUT I TESTED ONLY ON VOG-L29, SO CAN'T BE SURE IF IT WON'T SOFTBRICK ON ANOTHER DEVICE :

VOG-L29-CUST 9.1.0

Yes, i used dload firmware for a while and got OTA's. As long as you are on C431/C432 you're good to flash it. Just BACKUP before, it will FACTORY RESET your device.

The Google drive link doesn't extract.

It's RAR, copy it to your PC and then extract it. Move all 3 zips on dload folder and delete the other folder

YES, format it exFat and be sure it's 8GB at least .
