Those letters are from regions B (the firmwares from B can be flashed only on C, as seen on P30 forum about flashing), C (the most usual for retail), D (is more common to demo devices, but it depends on cust, too) or W. Versions are: ELE-L29, ELE-L09, ELE-L04 (Global); ELE-AL00, ELE-TL00 (China).I have some questions about android 10 update
Does anyone knows what letters L29D, L29B means and what's the deference between them..?
I have install android 10 - 168 version with dload and I'm trying to find 173 version to my p30 ELE-L29C431
When i go to e recovery and try to download latest version it gives me an error "retrieve package info fail"
That's normal or it might at least gives me the same 168 version?
You didn't found update on eRecovery because it means that it wasn't released for your device yet (v168) or they will skip v173 and get the next one. "Retrieve package info fail" is because for you the latest firmware available is EMUI 9.1 v240 or other one higher
